You should have 60 days after the posting date of the charge to dispute any charge. Since you get all and any interest that you may have accrued from the charge credited back to you once the dispute is settled (usually instantly for low amounts) and the chargeback is made, why not try to get your score first? A dispute isn't going to get you your score, so why be hasty about it this early in the game when you probably still have a good 40-50 days left to dispute this charge? Did you visit the forum I suggested or any other credit related forum yet? I'm sure this problem has been encountered by others before and there is no better place to get free help and answers on this problem than a popular credit related forum. You'll probably even find a phone number where you can get through to a live person, if in fact there is such a number.

PS. I'm pretty sure that ALL VISA and MC card issuers must allow a minimum of 60 days for the card owner dispute period as per VISA/MC card association rules. To find out for sure, call your credit card customer service line, speak to a customer service rep, and ask him to transfer you to the disputes department (which will most likely only be open M-F during regular business hours) and ask them for sure how many days you have to dispute a charge on your specific card.
PPS. This whole credit score thing is a bunch of BS. They make a system up that is pretty much a necessity anymore to anyone who has ever had any credit in their name, yet you have to pay for it. What a bunch of garbage, if you ask me. NO one should have to pay a dime for any of this information, including your score, as far as I am concerned.
