My only thought was that pehaps you are counting actual days, including weekends, and they're counting week (work) days. In that case, yes, it's too soon according to their calculations. Why not wait a week and see if it arrives? If it doesn't arrive within the week, then I would certainly check up on things...in whatever way you originally contacted them. Have you called information for an 800 number for them? How about an updated information number? Do you have their email?
