Hey Bluto, thanks for your concern. I posted on one credit site I belong to and was advised by one to dispute it. I suppose I could try and reorder it and then dispute the first charge....it's only 5.99 but they tick me off when they don't play by the rules. They hold some many peoples [credit} lives by the cojones and don't give a rats patooty if what they put on your report is accurrate or not, and then you pay them for something and they fail to perform....sorry for my tangent. I've already got my score from the other two.

Thanks again but I think it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a real person, in fact I'm sure one exists :0
