In Response To: Re: I've been scammed by TransUnion!!! (Paul Bergman)

I am receiving a free report I get one every year to keep track of what's on it. But the score is not free and that is what I paid for and I have not received either. Transunion does not have a customer service number, everything is automated *insert angry face* and you are unable to talk to a live person. I did track down a customer service email but they have not responded. So in light of everything I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card.

This is not the first time I have had problems with the bureaus. A couple years ago I requested my free reports and none of them were sent them. I had to right a threatening letter telling them they were violating my rights and if they did not send them pronto I would file suit for violation of the FCRA. Needless to say I received them pronto!
