Credit reports are free from each of the big three
bureaus once a year for everybody.
Here is governemant site that tells you about it.
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/freereports.htm
Here is the actual site.

Check your credit with one bureau, then four months later get
it from another one, then four monhths later get it from the
last one. That way you check your credit three times a year
instead of just once.
