I have not asked UPS to return the notebook, but it seems they can't get it to me before I head to work -- in another 35 minutes. I don't consider that I am returning the item if it has not been delivered, through no fault of my own. It's really New Egg's fault for not enabling me to have my apartment's manager to collect it in my stead. Yes, I could have called and had the computer kept at the center for me to pick up, but I don't believe that is really an obligation of mine.
If I do manage to receive delivery in the next half hour the only reason I would sell it is if it is in good order but not up to my expectations in other respects. In good conscience I could not sell defective merchandise.
Thanks for your response Lesley.
