Yesterday I waited until the last minute before heading to work: 4:25 pm. The slip left on the door indicated UPS attempted delivery at 5 pm. Now, I am not sure, but I believe the drivers are not delivering after 5, and that likelier than not they would arrive at my workplace when I was not there. So, I would have the same problem.

Last night I went to the UPS web site to cancel delivery attempts, and to arrange pick-up at the local UPS center. Since the last time I received anything from UPS this option was eliminated on the site; the only option was to return the parcel. It isn't as if I am not making an effort to receive the packet.

By the way, I didn't ask for opinions but rather for facts.
