Well, nothing is just going ot happen. I mean, nothing really huge. But personally, I say see about getting that site up as soon as possible. Learn to build and start building. But keep in mind that you need to keep learning and figuring out what you will have to do in the near future. Unless you are going to pay money to have someone design the site for you, you have a lot to learn about webmastering and site design. Then, when you are comfortable with that, figure out what the heck it is you are going to have to do like what sites to build, how to market them, how to make money, etc.
I see no real point in doing any market research on any markets until you know for a fact that you can get websites up and running after you do do your market research for the market you are entering with a specific site. If you do your research first without knowing ho won earth you will get your site9s) up, then that would be sort of useless since the data you collected in your research will most likely have changed by the time you learn how to get a good site up that people will like.
Market research is necessary, but it is useless if you cannot do anything with he data.
These are just my opinions.
