You sound like you have some personal knowledge of this subject. Or do you just read the same news reports about spammer takedowns as me?
The FBI has access to evidence files at www.spamhaus.org that aren't made public, and many folks I've heard from have been assured that the FBI is setting their priorities using some data from the ROKSO (registry of known spam operations) top-200 list. http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso/index.lasso

Someday the spam war will be over, or mostly so, and other hobbies will be more fun than this one.
Somehow, I suspect if I knew who you were I'd recognize the name. I have to wonder why you're such a surrender-monkey when it comes to spam.
