You're advising people that CAN-SPAM allows them to spam and not get into trouble? I still don't get your point, and you haven't added any useful details. But that's the classic comeback for folks without any backup.

Shockingly enough, there is good enough cell coverage to manage a connection to my relay to check up on my favorite forum here, even though I won't be investing the airtime to download the 30 usenet newsgroups I follow regularly, including news.admin.net-abuse.email, where you got this tidbit. By the way, how's that Ghost Surf 2005 working out for you? Think the connection to their server is untracable by competent network traffic sniffers? Hint: The keystrokes might be encrypted but the fact that you opened a connection to a distinctive server might still be a problem if you did it during work hours on a system your employer owns. Be careful out there.
