Hi Steve,

Dreamweaver is a marvelous program but if you are looking for something without "a huge learning curve" I recommend you look elsewhere. I took a class at the local community college to learn it and I'm proficient but I wouldn't say an expert.

My recommendation to you is to look into Dr. Andy Williams program, SEO Website Builder. It is geared to those with limited HTML knowledge and creates sites that are very search engine friendly. Andy is just the greatest guy you would ever want to talk to and very knowledgeable. He also has a website with a tremendous amount of free SEO information.
