Web building

Hello,

I'm looking for recommendations for web authoring tools. I'm a complete novice and don't yet know anything about HTML. I have a brother in law who swears that what I should get is Frontpage 2003 because he says its geared toward novices.

I searched Google for reviwes on Frontpage 2003 and most of them say this particular version is just the opposite. I mentioned Dreamweaver to him and he told me that Dreamever is definatly not for novices.

I'm looking for something that doesn't take a huge learning curve to master.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve
