Hi Steve

I'm no expert but why not try an earlier version of FrontPage then? I've always heard it's good for both novices and pros (versatile/dynamic package). I personally use WebSerif and find this easy to use. It's also easy to upload via FTP with this package.

I doubt you can 'master' anything without a learning curve that will seem steep sometimes.

You will have to learn many things as you go along - it all seems daunting to start. But like everything in IT - the more you USE it, the better you become. IT by nature is APPLIED and PRACTICAL (like driving a car). No matter how many text books you read and theory you to try to grasp, you will only become proficient by DOING it.

You'll also find that you will need at least a basic working knowledge of HTML. This seems daunting when you start out, but as with the above, it becomes clearer (and actually fun) the more you use it.

If you're looking for a way to get started quickly with an all inclusive web /business package that will help learn you as you go try Ken Evoy's SiteSell.

MaaMaw - this is not a sales pitch (I haven't included an affiliate link)! : )

Also lots of free info and advice from Ken Evoy availabe here and excellent value for money products. It is the ultimate web building product for newbies and great for pros too.

Good Luck!
