I spent 1+ hour on the phone with Sprint Customer Service this morning disputing roaming charges on my bill. It was only $30, but that is not the point. We have been with Sprint several years and have 5 phones with them. In the past, the phones informed us if a call to be made or answered would be a roaming charge and if we wished to continue we had to press "1". None of our phones did so this past month, so the first we knew of it was when we got the bill. The beginning of my conversation with the rep. consisted of her repeatedly telling me what was on my bill was in their records and she could do nothing about it. After I insisted on speaking with a supervisor and being on hold for 30 minutes (I think they thought I would just go away, but I'm too stubborn) the rep. came back on and tried to get me to sign up for the roaming plan. (a monthly charge of $15, she "thinks") In return, they would credit the charges on my bill. Being the #itch I am, I refused, and told her that was a tactic to get me to sign up for more $$ per month. After more arguing, she finally agreed to credit all but $2.40 but made the point that my account would be flagged and no future credits would be given. I got a supervisor's name but never actually spoke with him. I decided to eat the $2.40, but I am not done with them. MMMMM, makes me wonder. TS

I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
