Ben,
I do agree with you as to my response. It was uncalled for and without taste to resort to name calling. I'm sorry for sounding a bit upset but I had just placed 15 ads on different discussion boards, then I found out that many were responding with harsh criticism w/o warrant. Some of the other reponses were so bad as to attack me dirctly for posting an idea. You don't even want to repeat what the others have stated because it was beyond profane.
I DO understand your view of MLM and this is why we formed our group. I feel MLM follows a pyramid structure and that is why we resorted to the network type team without the pyramid structure. Our team combined has been in the mail order field for over 22 years.
I myself have been scammed, ripped off, robbed, blind-sided, whatever you want to call it by just about every type of business from SMC's promise of great income to Herbalife's hype to ALC'S outright lies to Rich Bradale's NONSENSE to Tom Vu's joke to government grant scams to pyramids, chain letters, ponzi schemes, mail order fraud, retail/wholesale empty promises etc, etc, etc.
This is NOT to state my intelligence but my ignorance to knowing back then what was real. This is until I had a conversation with one of the top legal attorney's in this field. His comment to me was direct and based on a judge's response to a clients company. That is what we base our primary concept on along with utilizing success pricipals.
So again, Ben I am sorry for offending you in any way. That was NOT my goal. All I wanted to do was let people know we are forming ateamdedicated to each other's wealth building.
P.S. I am not a computer wiz nor an english major so that is why I mispell words or mistype words, Sorry but I fall into the hunt & peck method!

PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
