Here's the where they get the 12DailyPro name. They claim that they pay you 12% return on whatever amount you have deposited (I'm sure there is a cap, as they mention upgrades!)

To get the 12% daily interest rate, you are supposed to surf 12 sites daily, which can be done is 15 minutes or less. (I read one claim where they let their computer on autosurf and visited up to 30 sites daily for even higher returns.)

Here's the example I pulled off another site:

> "You can buy an upgrade for as little as $6. (Of course you won't make much > on that) Let's say you do $60. You surf 12 pages a day for 12 days and earn > 12% or $7.20 a day. At the end of 12 days it expires and you will have

If anyone offers to pay you 144% interest for your deposits for 12 days or 360% interest per month, or 4380% annually, just for visiting 12 sites per day, and you think wow, I can make $438,000 just by deposting $100 in a StormPay account and visiting 12 sites per day for the next 365 days, lookout.

Those are the numbers, and the recruiters are claiming results.

If it looks like a Ponzi, walks like a Ponzi, and stinks like a Ponzi, it most likely is!

Those getting in early, with or w/o recruiting others, are banking on getting their investment out quick, and then generating all the profits they can at the expense of those who will lose when it finally collapses (and it will!)

I learned it does pay affiliates to recruit.

Ponzis ALWAYS feed the greed factor. (Ever here of Enron - Those employees who lost it all, kept most or all of the annual stock bonuses in Enron, even though they could sell some every year. Feeding the greed with the high interest rates, enticed even people who knew better to keep all of their eggs in the Enron basket.)

I wouldn't touch this with a 12-foot pole.

And I sure wouldn't want to encourage others to invest their money at rates that far exceen US usury laws.

JMO!

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
