Couple things...

1. I saw you posted these same laments/questions on other forums. Be careful as some forum owners see this as spam for some reason. Just a warning.

2. Be careful of the warrior forum. I have been there on and off for 3 years and I can tell you that there are many slimy "salesman' on that forum and they all are protected by the mods as the mods do not like people posting negative experiences with other warriors or their products. They do this because they know that many folks would love to rip Aln Sys and other mods and guru frequenters there a new one in a big way. There was one fellow there from Greece (an American supposedly living in Greece) (who was using his wife's name for his business' purposes BTW) that was scamming folks right and left.

He then was made a moderator and continued to scam people, all the while not being touched by the mods. The mods did not want to hear anything about this guy being a scammer. So I took matters into my own hands, bought one of his WSOs on my credit card, found out some details about him, and started the ball rolling on his demise. "Oddly" enough, very soon after I started this ball rolling into his demise, he resigned as a mod and started his own forum.

Bottom line is that there are many folks there that are like this man and I urge anyone to either stay away from the warrior forum or proceed with utter caution. They protect scammers and scamming there. The only way they do not tolerate scammers and scamming is if one of the elites gets screwed by them. Then they do something about it.

> Can you imagine that? A software which doesn't do what it was built to do!

Yes, I can believe it. If you bought it on the warrior forum or through some slimy sales letter, I believe it wholeheartedly.

> As soon as I did that, would you believe that they started looking for all
> sorts of excuses to NOT REFUND MY PAYMENT of $185.

Again, very believable. Happens all the time.

Not true. In fact, if it was an intangible item, Paypal will always give the customer a refund. Not sure about StormPay as I have never used them. But Paypal really "screws" software seller, I must admit. What PayPal does is ask the seller for a tracking # knowing full well that the product was delivered digitally and did not have a tracking # for shipment. When the seller says they have no tracking # because it was delivered electronically, PayPal just grabs the money from their account and hands it back over to you.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO...

1. First thing's first. Go to that thread for the WSO and save the OP. How to do this. When the first page of the thread is loaded on your browser, go to FILE > SAVE AS... then save the web page. But DO NOT save it as an HTM or HTML file. Save it as a .MHT file. A .MHT file is great as it takes all the graphics and what not and saves it into one convenient file for you. Then all you do is open the file and the page is there untouched with all the graphics and everything. Looks like you are viewing the page right from the forum. I am telling you to do this in case you are to dispute the charge with your credit card company which leads me to #2...

2. IF you paid with credit card funds and not from bank account funds, then do a chargeback. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to do this (some say it is 90 days, though). This is where the .MHT file comes in. If you do dispute the charge print out the MHT file to use as evidence for your dispute/being defrauded. I find that charges under $100 require nothing more than a call to the CC disputes department. They will remove the charge immediately. However, usually over $100 they will require you to fill out a form they will send you via the mail and send in all "supporting documents".

Sorry, I did not read every response to your post so sorry if I mentioned something that was already said.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so.  We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane materials or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.  You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual.  We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
