How to say it.... BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!!.... Oh, and about writing your own testimonials....

In Response To: $1200 week guarantee postcard program? (Paul M.)

PLEASE DON'T READ THIS -- I retyped the whole thing in the NEXT POST -- formatting, spaces, and screenshots keep disappearing -- I've typed this bloody thing three times now (but I got smart and kept all the code this time)...

(Sorry, I tried to be tactful, I really really tried, but that's the most tactful BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I could muster up.)

Absolutely NO offense to you, Paul M. You deserve credit for *asking*before you cough up the cash.

Ho hum.

It seems appropriate to begin with a song (to the tune of "LoveStory") ...

Where do I begin to tell the story of my old friend Kimberly The BS storythat is older than the sea The simple truthabout the crap she spreads forfree... Where do I start?

I could go on for hours, but I won't.

First, a couple of things about the web page (1200aweek.com):

I can't help but notice that Kimberly's last name isn't mentionedanywhere. James refers to her only as, "My fiance, Kimberly."(Actually, James, you mean your "fiancee" unless Kimberly is aguy, but I digress.) Kimberly really got around for a while, and a lot ofpeople on a lot of forums saw right through her "subtle"attempts to recruit Emerald Passport suckers. Maybe they felt it would bemore productive to just show her pretty face and take her name out of thespotlight for a while... or maybe not.

That's just speculation on my part, so we'll move on to bigger and moreabsolutely hysterical things:

How closely did you read the testimonial?

Oh BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

You gotta love this. Here's the top of the page where James introduceshimself (so there can be no mistake about who's doing the lying) (sorry,of course I meant who's doing the talking, not the lying) (slip of thetongue) (please excuse me):

And here's the middle of the page where they've included a testimonial toillustrate how well OTHER PEOPLE are doing with the program:

Notice anything a tad suspicious about that?

I made screenshots because I'm sure they'll doctor it up as soon as theyget here and realize they've made monkeys of themselves. (Truth be told, Ihate to point that out because I'm sure it's discouraged at least a fewpeople from falling prey to those deadly talons.)

A little sidebar here: There must be something magical about two weeks, cuz when they came to FIB peddling Emerald Passport, they had been in *it*only two weeks too, but of course they didn't really write thistestimonial for themselves, it was just a slip of the pinky, so I don'treally know why I mentioned that...

Don't miss the lesson in this, Dear Kiddies: When you're going to fake atestimonial, you've gotta do it right.

So anyhoo...

What is the postcard scheme?

I have no clue.

At first glance, I assumed it was Emerald Passport (where they were makingtheir fortune after they made their fortune in Libery LeagueInternational), but your profit on Emerald Passport is $1,000 per sale thelast I heard, so their piddly-ass little profit of $2,960 for 38 sales intheir first two weeks is pocket change for them -- just $77.90 per sale --so I guess they're playing somewhere else now.

I should mention that they made, I believe, $9,000 in their first twoweeks with Emerald Passport or so they said (actually that number could bewrong, but it was a bloomin' fortune -- that much I remember).

Okay, let me wrap things up...

If you go to Ye Old Archive #1 and search for messages posted by

kimberly

you'll get tons of threads to read, if you're so inclined.

If not, I will show you one example of how Kimberly (fianceE of James)makes everything look okay -- even losing $1,295:

On May 21, 2005, "Jay" posted this warning on FIB. Note thispassage: "Note: EPI only acknowledges a 72 hour period of which you can askfor your $1,295 back to you that you spent for the product itself--if youcan't make a sale within 72 hours from purchasing it, you'll know if youhave the skill to sell this or not!" (I should mention that I have often referred to Kimberly as "Kimberlythe Articulate," not because she's so brilliant but as a way todistinguish her from the other EPI idiots who have come here to recruit. In any case, apparently she isn't as smart as I thought, because sheallowed that COPYRIGHTED post from FIB to be reproduced on her boardwithout permission, but I'm getting off track again.)

So anyhoo, here is how Kimberly responded (on her own little board): "Jay doesn't seem to be too bitter, which is a good thing. He isleaving himself open to learning his lesson and moving on -- a skill thatmost of us have to aquire at one time or another. I do have a few commentsabout what he specifically speaks about." Learning his lesson?

A skill?

This is SO, SO, SO typical. He is relating his experience with a companywhere the VAST MAJORITY of people will lose money, and he is "open tolearning his lesson"... and somehow, by association, he has come awaywith a new "skill." (Don't confuse this with a franchise where you have every reason to believe you will succeed.)

Okay, Kimberly, if you say so (and she does) (heavy sigh)... "Some will be willing to open themselves up to working on themselves(most important thing in business) and doing what is necessary and otherswill resist for one reason or the other."

And those who fail in Emerald Passport fail because they are deficient ornot willing to "work on themselves."

Also typical... you're the problem, not the fact that you're peddling crapor the fact that the entire system is designed to "feed yourupline" and that's all your upline cares about -- getting those twosales and moving on to the next victim.

About the 72 hours, Kimberly says: "Unfortunately there is no way to tell before someone enters thebusiness. The good news is Jay walks away with a wonderful product thatwill keep increasing with value. If he were to use the product he wouldfind that it is worth much more than the $6K he spent on his businessattempt."

And if Jay has a lick of sense, he'll rejoice in his loss because... he has a wonderful product; his wonderful product will keep increasing "with"(?) value; he has learned some of life's most valuable lessons; and he has grown as a person.

Okay, let's get down to brass tacks.

Can you see what's happening here, Kiddies?

Maybe James and Kimberly's new site is somehow related to Emerald Passportand maybe it isn't. I can't imagine why they would move on from EmeraldPassport when they were making money hand over fist...

Oh wait, maybe I can.

A *lot* of people followed them into Emerald Passport. I venture to guesssome of those people made their money back -- in fact, a few of themprobably even made a profit. And among those who lost money, I'm sureKimberly and James have gained the trust of many who know that the *next*program will be the one that works!!

They can peddle their NEW stuff to all these people!

THEY HAVE A **HUMONGOUS** POOL TO DRAIN

...and drain it they will.

But Emerald Passport Shmerald Passport, here's the bottom line:

James is still James, and Kimberly is still Kimberly. They obviously LIED about their testimonial (come on people, nobody can bestupid enough to TAKE OUT the real name on a testimonial and insert theirown name; that was no coincidence). Kimberly (on her own little board) turned Jay's negative experience withEmerald Passport back on him. And Kimberly (on her own little board) actually implied that it was okayfor Jay (and, by implication, others) to lose "$6K"... (actuallyit was $8,000; see how much she cares?) ...

What?

Oh yes... And Kimberly implied that it was okay for Jay to lose ($whatever$) on acrap opportunity because he walked away with a good product (and as longas she keeps recruiting members and makes sure they get just two sales, she'll keep walking away with the cash).

There are creeps like this everywhere, and some disgust me more thanothers.

Kimberly is up in the top one-third of my list. You know why? Because shepretends to be a friend to Newbies and Wannabes. She wants to "helpthem" achieve their dream.

This is nothing unusual -- it's how these people operate -- but she's goodat it. She is Kimberly the Articulate, and she does what she does very, very well. She convinces people who don't know any better to trust her with their future.

And it makes me sick to think how many people are going to take food outof their kids' mouths to put a Porsche in her garage.

I have to go now; I'm feeling queasy.

Luv,

MaaMaw

P.S. You know what's funny about this (funny sick, not funny ha-ha)? Sometimes I think she actually *believes* what she says about helping people. It scares the bejeebers out of me how some people can rationalize their way into absolutely anything.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
