Tony,
We are definately not lying about our income. We were 1 sale away from winning the march madness contest in march that Jim Reeves won. We have been fortunate to have a lot of people sticking by our side. See they, unlike you, have gotten to know us... and know we are good people just making a living with our internet businesses.
We actually started Fountains because the secondary business we were promoting went down for wrongful guarantees. We had teammates with advertising out there, that I was able to pause knowing the owners. I saved many people advertising dollars in that, and yet the orders continued to pour in. DO your own research on Proven Concepts because that is THE ONLY REASON I started my own company.
PC went out of business, and people were asking if I could fulfull orders. Not legally unless I purchased resell rights. Which is what we went on to do and start our own company. I had no alterior motives. I was promoting PC as a funneling system for EPI. I had no idea about these EPI conditions or I would have run it past the council.
Yes its true, we aren't the best with our money. It is something we are working on improving but that doesnt make us guilty of fraud or lies.
And we know nothing about our rights in court. I think we might have something against the company, but if you know me I do not believe in suing anyone who does wrong to you. Personally I think its rediculous how many lawsuits there are. In fact, I used to live in NJ and the car insurance was even higher than NYC due to all the lawsuits that went on there. I was an office manager and saw so many people faking it for money. I think its unbelievably wrong, and if you want to talk about scams I would start there!
So to say the least, I am not fond of lawsuits. I believe most of them come out of rediculous circumstances, but I am also not going to be bullied around. You can think what you want about me or my business practice... but I have not done anything wrong. 99% of my team know that and thats what matters. James and I act with our hearts, and we have always lead with with our passions.
Our team is now in the hands with another distributor who also can train them toward success. And I do hope those that stay with the company find that. But if they don't it will be due to lack of effort and I know full well that I do not take the blame. You might not understand this unless you are in business but thats ok.
I think I have said Enough. As I stated originally, I came here to tell Maa she was right. Not about me "scamming" people because I still believe I wasn't... but in the fact that you will never be secure with Biz Opps and companies where they control the product (and what I find out now... A LOT MORE than I would have accepted had I KNOWN).
Cast whatever stones you want. I am the one living this nightmare, and I will be the one to get myself out of it. Whether you wish to sympothize with it or not is your choice. I just came here to say my piece and hopefully show how things can go wrong if your not extremely careful.
As for Maa, I told you I would come back and swallow my pride if I was wrong. I admit it. Isn't that enough for you? I thought you would be happy that I did this to give you additional credibility. So what do you suggest with all of this? What would you do to make a living if your income was ripped right from under you? Just curious?!
All the Best,
Kimberly Bollmann

PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so. We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
