I did what Sandi told me to do and we have an appointment with and attorney on Wed. morning. To answer a couple of your questions. No he is not over 40 we are both 35. And no he didn't miss hardly anytime at all. We have everything documented right down to the day she told him he he needed to call her to get her promission to come into work after one of my morning appointments.
I have ALL of my medical records to prove what days I went to the doctors and even what test they took and we have every paystub of his from the past 4 years to prove that he didn't take anytime off before all of this happened. The only thing we don't have is the ACTUAL REASON he was let go.
What I love about this whole thing is he still has friends that work there and they have been in contact with us. The BOSS that fired him because she didn't feel his accounting practices were up to company standards(again he worked there for 4 years total) had to hire 2 people to do his job because they couldn't find anyone to do his job the "right way or as fast". If he wasn't living up to their standards why was he not let go before and why did they have to hire 2 people to do his job?
