Warning! This is long and partly a rant.
I get 3-5 calls a week from nice people pursuing their dream with the greatest opportunity since sliced bread.
My phone # is on the Do Not Call list. When I ask where they got my name and phone #, some will say "I don't know". Can you believe they "don't know". Others will say their upline gave it to them and others have bought a list themselves. None have ever been able to send me to the source of this list for removal. Some are even rude to me after they intruded in my life. I turn these people in to the "Do Not Call Cops" by hitting *69 for their number.
Now, I have previously been in network marketing and I am not as down on it as some here. But, I'm tired of this.
Some of these people respond that they are exempt from Do Not Call because this is business to businss. I ask them how this is business to business when they are calling an unlisted personal phone#. (I do use this particular # for my real estate business.)
Also,my personal e-mail gets 8-10 solicitations a week. (That doesn't count the porno,viagra, preapproved mortgages and credit cards.)
Most of these have a phone # to call after looking at their great online presentation but no remove links which I hate to use anyhow.
If they were close by, I could hunt them down like dogs and shoot them but that is a bit impractical.

Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
