It is one of the major "twists" of my book that I was actually flying combat at the age of 15...(TRUE!..I have pictures!)....The Army thought I was 22 because I was using the identity of a person who had died in a car accident...(He was born in 1922)...Originally, (and this is where you thought I was 77) I was just going to say I was 80 and go ahead that way...I decided that telling the absolute truth was the best plan and that is what I am doing now...My true birthday is March 18, 1929....I will be 76 on March 18 this year...
One of the other "twists" is a dandy...NONE of my children have a CLUE that I served in WW2...I am planning a "family reunion" this summer in New York and I will tell them then...Should be interesting...
I am well started on the book and I had better get back to work...

Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
