I wish we would have known this B-4 the reinstall!!!!!! Here's a little more on what happened........

Files were encrypted, Computer locked a few days later, my hubby did a reinstall, now files don't match. Jeremy put the pics. in special folders and lots of them, after the re-install their arn't as many folders as b-4. We can get to the Folders and view the files, but can't get in to view the Pictures.
