Ahhh the never-ending problem of autoresponders! I have had battles with these over the years. Finally found some that work very well but they cost quite a bit more. The good news is you will own the software for a one time fee.
1. Autoresponseplus.com - $199 plus hosting. You can load in an unlimited amount of leads as long as your server can handle it. If you go with plain old hosting, you will be limited to the amount the hosting will allow you to send. You will also be risking your hosting by emailing with no IP addresses. If you pay for a dedicated server, you open up a lot more options for yourself. Depending on how powerful your server is will determine how many you can send. It has a lot of other really cool features for helping you automate your business with trigger words in your email box sending automatic replies etc. Even delivers to AOL.
2. Maxsponder.com - $599 I think. I do not use them but have been recommended them by other networkers. It works just about the same as above with reference to servers etc.
My advice is to buy a better quality lead, a double opt in lead with an IP address. If you DON'T you have a higher chance of it affect your autoresponders deliverability as well as spam complaints, which I can imagine would land you in some hot water! Take your time to read up on the Can Spam Act and make sure your compliant before you even send one email.
