Hi Bill,
I was looking at your flash movie info... about one up automated. I am very familiar with them. In reading it, they mention all the email leads that people were purchasing and encouraged to use to promote one up... that was the big draw to it before the CAN SPAM rules came about in January.
Have you ever heard of www.mysuccessuniversity.com? You might want to have a look at this one. They advertise over 50 million email addresses. These aren't even on a database that gets cleaned, they come on CD. That means these people using it are definately spamming people who have been asked to be removed, over and over again.
I joined it because I was looking to learn other marketing methods. The sales copy was so good. My opinion after evaluating the product was that it was a rip off. All the owner did was put together aspects of One up automated, digital response solitions and webwealth. Then he packaged it together into a one up comp plan and sells it for a bundle.
For anyone halfway knowledged about internet marketing, you will want to stay away. I think even a beginner would have better luck going with a different company and being trained the ropes from their sponsor.
