Maybe you can help me return mine.......
I ordered it about 2 months ago and looked it over. I have not had time to work it as well as I would have liked. I have a family, a full time job and go to school so you can understand.
I've called this company 3 times to find out how to return it and each time the girl who answered the phone said she would transfer me to someone who could help me with the return. Each time I hit a voicemail. I left my story and my contact number and proceeded to wait....and wait....and wait.
The last time I called (8/18/06) I demanded to speak with someone directly. The girl was again very nice and got me connected to JD. JD took my info, found my name and said I would be "put in the Q" to receive an email with further instructions to retun the item.
Guess what? I never received an email....I am very unsatisfied at this point.
If anyone can help me retun this Ebay course and get my $220 clams back Id be thrilled....
