A Ha !!! I have that! I always thought that I would LOVE for someone else to set up my kids party and just let me enjoy the time with my kids. Here is the basics of what we have put together so far. I am still working on it though so any advise is really appreciated. I even have costumes for the ponies. SNORT its just to darn cute!!

We offer 4 very distinct party experiences to help you celebrate your child’s birthday. These packages range from $200 up. The basic package only requires a week notice while the larger packages can require three weeks or more advance reservations. We do not provide any food.

The Basic Package ($200) includes the following:
2 ponies dressed in our standard gear for 2 hours
Special Goody bag for birthday child
Balloon Bouquet

Add $25 for specialty pony gear (See additional charges are for more information)

The Basic Plus Package ($500) includes the following:
2 ponies dressed in specialty gear for 2 hours
Special Goody bag for birthday child
Balloon Bouquet
16 basic goody bags for guests
4 tablecloths that match your party’s colors
16 place setting including plates, cups, and napkins that match your party’s theme
2 of our “special games” that match your party’s theme
A picture of each child with a photo mat
16 personalized invitations.

The Deluxe Package ($750) includes the following:
3 ponies dressed in specialty gear for 2 hours

32 basic goody bags for guests
4 tablecloths that match your party’s colors
32 place setting including plates, cups, and napkins that match your party’s theme

The Super Deluxe Package is $1750 and includes the following:
3 ponies dressed in specialty gear for 2 hours
A Pony for the birthday child to keep complete with saddle, pad, bridle, 3 brushes and a horse care book.

Balloon Bouquet
32 basic goody bags for guests
4 tablecloths that match your party’s colors
32 place setting including plates, cups, and napkins that match your party’s theme

Additional items are as follows:
We operate in the following ZIP codes with no mileage fee! 30901, 30903, 30904, 30906, 30907, 30809, 30813, 30814, 30815, 30816, 29841 and 29842.
A charge of $.30 per mile is charged for parties outside our regular service area.
Add a pony for $75 per pony per hour.
More time with the ponies - $75 per hour per pony
Goody bags - $7 each
Place settings - $2.50 each
Photographs with mats - $5 each
Invitations - $.50 each

Specialty Gear for the ponies is a standard item with all but the basic package. Add $25 to the basic package to add this item.

Specialty Gear for the ponies:
Cowboy / Cowgirl: Ponies wear cowboy hats and bandannas around their necks
Perfect Princess: Ponies are decorated in glitter and bows in purple and pink.
My Little Pony: Ponies are decorated in glitter and bows with hearts and rainbows on their rear ends.
Unicorn: Each pony will come decorated with a jeweled horn, special brocade saddle blankets and ribbons and flowers in the mane and tail.
American Indian: Ponies are decorated with feathers and “War Paint”

Specialty Gear for the party attendees for pictures:
Cowboy / Cowgirl: includes Cowboy hats, bandannas, vests, and “six shooters”
Perfect Princess: includes Cone hats with flowing veils from their tips, feather boas
American Indian: includes Headbands, tomahawks, and bows and arrows

Additional charge of $25 per type selected (requires 2 weeks advance notice of items requested) PLEASE NOTE: These items remain the property of The Rocking Horse Remuda and are not available for purchase at this time.

All fees and rates will be discussed and agreed upon over the telephone or in person and then confirmed in writing prior to the day of the event. Again we do not provide any food due to Georgia's Food Handling Requirements.

The Rocking Horse Remuda Pony Rides are fully insured against liability through the ____, with our agent, ___., located in ___. A Letter of confirmation can be provided with a minimum of 14 days notice should you need it.

We maintain all of the health of our ponies above the minimum standards required by the State of Georgia. All of our ponies receive the few immunizations required by Georgia State Law plus a number recommended but not required. A Veterinarian Certificate of Inspection can be provided if required with 14 days notice. We are licensed through the State of Georgia. All of our ponies have a “Negative Coggins test” from the State of Georgia.

Our rules are extremely simple and are for the safety and well being of our participants as well as our ponies. No Child, under the age of 4, will be allowed to ride the ponies unless they are held in the saddle by a parent and NO child weighing more than 100 pounds will be allowed to ride the ponies. Our Pony rides are geared towards children in the age ranges of 2 thru 11.

We will supply all of our required equipment and supplies and we are fully self- contained. We will gladly set up and lead the ponies around wherever you want us to. The only restriction we have is that the area MUST be located on a soft surface (dirt or grass) as walking the ponies on pavement (concrete, asphalt or stone) may injure them. A Shady area is preferred during the hot summer months.

We keep the Pony Area clean of droppings at ALL times. The area will be cleaned, raked, and all droppings will be removed before we leave. Usually, by the end of a party, there is a circle where the ponies have been walking. After we clean the area and “back rake” the circle and grass, the circle is usually gone within a week or two.
