It'll be a hard market to get into; finding the right place to advertise will be an issue. You'll also need insurance, so the first stop should be your insurance agent.
Now... you might also think about marketing the horses for other types special occasions: a children's trail ride (perhaps to home school groups). A ride around a pasture can be fun (you can keep the ponies on a lead.)
There might be specialty situations where you could rent them (don't know about local photographers but there might be something there.) I don't know if the pony is trained to pull a cart, but some sort of cart ride might be doable.
Check with your local city to see if you can get the ponies into festivals (a 4th of July... Christmas (with a "petting zoo" (generally a goat and some rabbits and maybe a pig)) is often an opening for someone to bring animals for the public.)
Check the sites that are farther away from you and see what innovative things people are offering. I know that there are some programs for kids who are handicapped... you might be able to work out something where a group (Lion's Club) sponsors an afternoon trail ride for (say) blind students.

I'd start with just the one pony (for small parties) and see how it works first. I know that horses can be expensive to keep (vet bills) and it'd be tough to invest in 3 and then not have work for them.
