Hi Steve,
I have Adobe Acrobat Pro version 7 which allows you to convert backwards & forwards from/to word etc. And also allows you to apply security such as prohibit copying text, prevent printing etc. However it won't stop people copying your file as mentioned in other posts, you can't really control that unless you spend a lot of money. You just have to mention copyright info etc. and any penalties that apply for illegal copying of your document. Then later on register yourself with ebay's VeRO which watches for copyright infringements.
Also I can do a basic one page sales site for you if you provide graphics/content. I can also do a cover for your ebook but I'm not a huge expert at it, I would create that in Adobe Photoshop or use an ebook cover making software that I have which is easy to use but the results are not always that great and not much control over the result.
I can also do document proof reading/formatting etc. for you if you like. If you think these services might be of interest just email me at:
