And it looks like the owners of 12 Month Millionaire have essentially paid $320 to be added to a mailing list that he is now using to send out even more offers. Smart marketing, yes, but for other reasons, I've had enough.
I own the book and have been watching his follow-up mailings with interest. One of the most recent mailings was an offer to send out a mailing to the 12 Month Millionaire owners list (I forget the price; it wasn't cheap). Now, the most recent offer is from someone else with Vincent James' endorsement. So he is milking this for all he can get out of it -- or at least trying. If it weren't for the swipe file value, anything from him would now end up in my trash can.
And did you notice that he doesn't offer refunds? I understand that offering refunds, then refusing to do them (combined with not taking people off automatic renewals promptly) were what got him in trouble in the first place. I could be wrong, but the "no refund" thing should have been a red flag.
Yes, the system would probably work, but I'd have to tweak it a LOT before it would be where I want it to be ethically -- and by then, it might not work. But I'll get my value out of it someday for other reasons that I won't discuss here (and it doesn't involve a lawyer nor kneecaps...).

P.S. -- What about that new $77 million dollar book that he's promoting now? Does anybody own it? Does anybody own BOTH books? Looks to me like he just slapped a new cover on 12 Month Millionaire, lowered the price, and thumbed his nose at a lot of his older customers. I'm not impressed. And I also will not forget the person that recommended it (suffice it to say that I'll never click on that affiliate's links ever again -- and it wasn't David Frey).
