Most of us here believe that the money coming in at the bottom pays the people closer to the top.
They may claim their money is coming from advertisers, but who would pay big bucks to put their ads in front of untargeted people who are only looking at them to make money? It doesn't make sense -- especially since tons of the people getting "paid to surf" are scrolling the ads by in the background; they don't even *see* the bloomin' things.
I've hung around the "paid to surf" boards a bit lately, and people are definitely making money (some claim to be making tons of money but I have no clue if that's true or not).
The problem is, eventually it will collapse. The people on the bottom will never make any money, and the people in the middle won't get the payouts they were expecting, and the people at the top will cut their losses by running off with whatever they can salvage.
I read some reviews of the various programs a few days ago, and here's an example that is *so* typical of this stuff: "XXX program is having trouble; there weren't any payments at all for three months, but I did get a payment at the beginning of January, so I know he's still hanging in there and trying to pull out. Well just have to wait and see."
If you've ever been drowning in debt, you know you can only play the shuffling game for so long. It's kinda the same idea.
