When folks use the "originality" card to discredit someone who is telling a truth is totally irrational and the sign of the inability to cope with defeat.
When arguing a point and speaking the truth, why would it matter if your statements that come out of your mouth are original or not? The answer is a great, big, fat NO!!!!!!!
I mean, let's say that I said "The sky is blue." and that exact fact was already written in a book or said by a famous person using the same exact sentence "The sky is blue", does that mean that I am unoriginal? Maybe. But what does it have to do with the fact? The sky IS blue. So how does my not being original make my claim invalid or just plain not true all of a sudden, even though it can be proven as fact, and very easily?
And then to boot the person playing the originality card makes claims about herself that are so far fetched. How can you take a person like that seriously?
The FACT of the matter is that there are, IN FACT, many companies that sell product and services that choose the MLM method as their marketing model that are not cults or cult-like and do not engage in any unethical practices or selling substandard products just to make it look like they focus on selling products. And just as well, they do NOT pester you about recruiting, they focus on selling the product and they DON'T ridicule you and put you down for not producing to their standards. Your own sales are your business and you can make as many or as little as you want as long as you pay a very minimal yearly dealer fee, and some don't even require a fee.
This is all FACT and they cannot be denied because the evidence is right in front of you, all over the internet and even offline. Just because someone in the past may have told this same truth before (therefore making me "unoriginal"
for also saying the same truth) it doesn't mean it is invalid or false. It is the truth and can be proven. Those who deny it have no clue and those that use the "originality" card to try to try and discredit the truthsayer is, well, in all honesty, the sign of a person that knows they have been defeated but cannot yet cope with it, especially publicly.
Not to get political but liberals use this tactic all the time and as a result, most end up looking like completely uneducated imbeciles.
Companies who don't have a good product or even a not-so-real, questionable product and focus heavily on recruiting and requiring you to buy products for outrageous prices and pay membership fees that are way too high and/or try to brainwash you through psychological tactics in order to get you to do unethical things to make them more money (while only giving a small percentage to the person who did the work) should be AVOIDED and you should move on and find a REAL and honest MLM company with a real product that is of good quality, has a large market, and provides good benefit to that market or just get out of MLM altogether and go find wholesalers or drop shippers and go that route.
The truth, without question,
Bob Baroner

PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
