It's the name of the program.
But Diane, you need to give more specifics about the program you are using in order for people in the to be able to answer your question. What exactly is the service you use? What exactly does it do.
If all it does is look for articles on reprint article sites and then posts the relevant ones to your site then there is no way Google would ban you.
About Mel's argument that "Google is responding" to complaints from others that every website looks the same because everyone is using the same articles, well, that is just bogus info to be honest with you. You see, while some people say, for whatever reason, that having the same articles on many sites is boring, the internet could never thrive as it does if an article was only ever published on one web site alone. It would be too hard for the average web surfer to find and read good articles and the big content sites would have an edge over the smaller ones. Mel seams to think that all sites that use reprint articles or rewritten articles are the same as those junky doorway sites made by those smart page generators like traffic Equalizer. that i snot the case at all. But some people just choose to paint everything that is not original with a broad brush. Some peoples just like that.
Sure, original content is king, but it is not always possible and it is not a bad thing to use reprint articles or to completely rewrite other articles you come across.
So please respond with as much detail as possible and I may be able to easy or heighten your worries/concerns.
