It's too vague.
What courses?
How did you find out about "Monte"?
Where in Ohio?
Is there a website, an email, or some other form of communication "Monte" uses to perpetrate his scam?
This board is a wonderful place to warn others of the potential of being scammed. But you have to admit that your post is a bit on the vague side. I also found it a bit odd that the same vague message was posted on multiple boards. (vague attack on "Monte" or perhaps attempting to warn lots of people but in any case the message isn't clear enough)
If you have any further information on this scam it would definitely be helpful to let everyone in on it so as to truly provide a warning. Otherwise it's like saying "Beware on eBay. There are sellers who might take your money and then not ship you anything."
