Ooopsie doodle, I just found another guarantee... yes, this is "Iron Clad" alright!

In Response To: Y'know, I want to be a good hostess and say "Welcome!" but I have to smack you one..... (MaaMaw)

I couldn't resist -- I went in to read more.

Be still my heart!!... Did you know some people have even made "$28,000 in 48 hours" ?????

Lemme see now:

"Boldly" they say, if you have not made $27,495 in the next six weeks, they INSIST you get your money back. Mmmm hmmmmm. But their "Iron Clad Guarantee" says:

"If after 90 days you are not making $1,057.50 a week or more, then we'll refund every penny of the cost to get started, no questions asked."

Like I said before, if you make that much EVERY SINGLE WEEK of that 90 days, it's still only half of what they "boldly" stated earlier on.

Oh, and by the way -- I couldn't help but notice this:

They will refund "every penny of the cost to get started"...

You noticed, I'm sure, that the "cost to get started" is only $47 -- NOT anything else you paid them over that 90 days, including the $47 a month to "keep your membership." Pretty slick. Trusting newbies aren't going to notice:

"Only $47 TO GET STARTED and only $47 a month to KEEP YOUR MEMBERSHIP."

Yupper-doodles, they've got themselves covered there.

Oh, and of course you know that you owe them $500 when you "make your second thousand dollars"?

I have more to say, but I really need to make another bathroom run.

John, are you a Trusting Newbie, or do you just NOT CARE and figured you'd make a few bucks by posting here, where lots of wannabes hang out?

If it's the newbie thing, then I assume you will have this junk OFF your site by the end of the day and that you'll be back here with your tail between your legs, bravely confessing the error of your ways and telling everyone you don't want them to sign up after all.

Otherwise, I have no choice but to assume you're promoting it KNOWING you aren't succeeding like they promised and you just don't give a rat's a**.

Luv,

MaaMaw

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
