This may or may not apply, but they usually give you permission to correct spelling and/or gramatical boo-boos (although if there are too many I just skip the article no matter how good the ideas are.) And they usually give you permission to tweak it to conform to the format of your site, such as putting the title in bold or caps, or changing from/to Arial or Times New Roman, or printing in navy instead of black or whatever.

Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
