You really are an idiot, aren't you?
LISTEN UP, BECAUSE I'M ONLY GOING TO SAY THIS ONE MORE TIME:
1. I am "in on it." I invested $30. It's still sitting there because I couldn't figure out how to work the system.
2. I believe it's "a game" like StockGeneration was -- a money-shuffling game.
3. I can't understand the need for exchanging e-currency, because it seems to me that anyone, anywhere, can open a PayPal or e-Gold or e-Bullion account and pay in whatever currency a merchant accepts and that anyone, anywhere, can move their money from one e-currency to another without paying someone to do it for them. We all have equal access to all those "e-currencies" or "e-payment methods" or whatever you choose to call them (i.e., PayPal). Obviously merchants aren't going to accept some weird "e-currency" that the average person can't get. I may be right and I may be wrong because I'm worse at financial stuff than I am at techie stuff, but that's why I personally believe the profit is just coming from money shuffling.
4. I believe it will collapse one day and that people who didn't take out their initial investment will lose their money. I believe some people will lose big money. If those people couldn't afford to lose that "big money" then that's their problem, because they shouldn't have been stupid enough to invest money they couldn't afford to lose (I learned that the hard way myself).
5. I believe people enter at their own risk, and if I ever have time to figure out the new system, I'm going to "play" with my $30. Maybe I can make enough to buy dinner at Denny's. If playing with my money perpetuates the system and indirectly hurts the people coming in, I'm not going to worry about it one bit because I am not going to encourage even one single person to get involved. I invested my money knowing I might lose it (yes, I know I only invested $30, but if I'd had $500 to burn, I would have invested that), and I'm here to say that I believe *anyone* who puts money into this stands a good chance of losing it -- but I also believe anyone who puts money into this stands a good chance of making money if they're lucky enough to do it before the bottom falls out. It's like going to a casino and gambling, but personally, I'd rather play DXgold than roulette.
6. I believe every word eDave says about the amount of money he has invested, the amount of money he has taken out, and the amount of "money" he has in his portfolio. When he tells me he can get that out in cash because it's just an "out-exchange" and he does them every day, I believe him -- but I also believe that if he waits too long, he might lose (and he knows that because he isn't stupid although I know you want people to think he is).
7. eDave is not here recruiting anyone. He is stating his opinion, and others are stating theirs. The vast majority of opinions are negative. If you notice, ONLY your posts are being zapped. Roadie has gone into *great* detail on why this is a game or a scam or whatever he believes it is, as has Mel -- and I have never edited or deleted their posts.
8. The Roadie and Mel and other people on this board are capable of stating their opinions without being despicable in the process.
9. I have "known" eDave as long as I've "known" you, and eDave is twice the person you are, IMHO.
10. If you can figure out how to state your opinion without being a slimeball in the process, I won't keep zapping your posts, but since you can't teach a rotten dog new tricks, I don't expect to see any big change.
Luv,
MaaMaw

PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so. We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane materials or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
