Tim:

Don't ask me why I'm wasting my time responding to your post, because you are about the most negative person I've ever (not) met. Anyway, if you actually read MY post, you would have realized those were not my words. In fact, I fired off emails to several of the so-called DXGold "gurus" I know to ask their opinion of the scam allegations. The message I posted was a response I got from one of them. That person has been with DXGold from the beginning (4+ years) and runs one of the big DXG training sites that has been mentioned here (not MAZU).

Everyting MaaMaw said about me is 100% true, so I'll try not to repeat anything too much. I've been quite successful so far with DXGold (for me anyway), and I continue to trade ecurrencies at least 1 or 2 times per week. However, I DO have HUGE doubts about the legitimacy of the company. I think it's crap that they've been in launch for 4 years, and I'm getting pretty sick of hearing that the new system is going to launch in another week or so. Maybe it will, maybe it won't - who knows?!?

I will state one fact - NOBODY has lost money in DXGold who has invested money and taken the time to learn how to work the console. Actually, there is no possible way TO lose money unless GDT shuts down. Sure, there are some people (like MaaMaw) who put a little money in and then later decided it was too complicated to figure out. However, those who learn how to trade and do so on a regular basis WILL make money (Sorry MaaMaw... I feel somewhat responsible for you getting involved and losing money). Unfortunately, nobody can get a DX console right now, so there is no point in even trying to sign up.

I started late last year with $750 total out of my pocket and today my DXG portfolio is worth about $6500. I've pulled $1000 out once, and I'm getting ready to pull another $1000 out again. The $6500 is ONLY portfolio value (that I earn interest on), it is not actual money I can trade with. The money I have to work with is more like $1000-$1200 and I've decided not to put any more in because I really don't trust the whole thing. :-)

Believe me Tim, I'm not anything like you are assuming me to be. I've been stung as many times as several of the other fine folks on this board and it made me A LOT smarter! I KNOW if it's too good to be true, it probably is, and I think about that every time I place a trade and collect a little bonus in my account. But, I keep doing it and DXGold keeps paying me bonuses.

To be perfectly honest, I've thought many times about throwing in the towel because I believe strongly in the concepts of Karma and Dharma. Trading ecurrencies with DXGold feels like I'm just shuffling money back and forth with other merchants, not actually offering a legitimate service to anyone. So I ask myself all the time, "Why am I doing this, and where does the money really come from?" Do I believe that DXGold is still in "launch" and that we're just "training" right now for when the real system is released? Not really...or least I have HUGE doubts about that.

You won't get any argument from me about this not smelling right. But, the fact remains that this is one of the VERY few things I've done in a long time that has earned me money. And maybe in some way, I'm trying to get back some of the cash I've lost on past scams that blew up in my face.

Since I already took back more than my investment from DXGold, I guess it can blow up anytime. I just hope when it does, most people's money is already in ecurrency and not sitting in their DXG or console accounts.

Dave

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so.  We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site.

By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
