As far as the FTC approving your site, ask 2 famous Internet marketers who operated with integrity. Frank Kern and Stephan Pierce. Both operated how to make money on the internet but did NOT have the proper disclaimers. They were both whacked big time. I think Frank was something in excess of $200 thousand as well as having their assets frozen.
Both had very good products but they did not say "results may not be typical" Their sites were clear enough that only a dunderhead would read their ales letters and think they could be a millionaire with no effort. That didn't stop the FTC.
So, Tony, don't be too smug. Uncle Sugar isn't always a nice guy.
