Why do you think that is? Also how are they a bad company? The numbers are there. The time is there. Everything everyone claims would be good in an mlm company when you are searching is there, but yet it has such a bad wrap. WHY? The reason I have brought this up lately is because I realized what it was worth.

I got in Quixtar and took off. I had fifty people in the biz in less than a month and a half. Then came we saw the pay out was not as great as we thought, but really it was. I have since then bad mouthed the company for 2 years and joined other companies and had success. I make good money with these companies, but I realized Quixtar had them involved in their company plus some.

You may hate the fact that people talk about getting ripped off with the tapes. My biggest thing is most people need them. Most people do not need to be in mlm because they don't know a thing about it and don't want to put forth the effort or maybe don't know how to get out of their current mindset.

People can say they wasted all the money they want to on tapes, but even if it did not make a profitable Quixtar business I am sure it at least gave some people a different mindset. What they fail to mention is that Quixtar tells people to also read a book a month on top of just hearing the Cd's.

These books include Robert Kiyosawki, Napolean Hill, and many others that are must reads just for mindset and understanding life in a better way. Plus the fact that it is optional never hurt either.

Think about the comparison Quixtar cost $40 one time a year. Thats all you have to pay. Most companies you have to be on a hundred dollar autoship to get your volume. In a travel business I am involved with it costs $200 to start and $19 a month. $40 is nothing and most people will get involved if you know what you are doing. Anyway that is why I took up for Quixtar. I bashed them for 2 years but never left the business. Now I wish I wouldn't have wasted time because I had a great oppurtunity in front of me I just thought the grass was greener on the other side.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
