That has made me absolutely *crazy* for the past several years. I don't *want* to make my fortune telling other people how to do what I did (oh, ummm, I mean what I'm gonna do).

I want to *DO* what I'm gonna do.

If what I do supports me (or even makes me rich, bwahahahahaha!), why would I want to take time away from what I'm doing to tell people how to do it??

That doesn't work for me either -- but I confess, sometimes it feels like the *only* money to be made is doing just that. I don't believe it, but it feels that way. The good news is that I think it only feels that way because the people who constantly talk about their success are doing that. The people being truly successful in their own little niches just shut up and do it. I think.

I'm not belittling products that show you how to do it -- (gadzooks! I sell one and there are more in the pipeline!!) -- but don't tell me it's based on your own success when your ONLY success (as far as we spectators can tell after investigating to the best of our ability) is your latest "How To" product.

You know my absolute *favorite* experts? The ones who have written a book on "How To Build An Online Community" then get on a board and say, "How do I build traffic on my board?" or the ones who have written a book on "How To Make Your Fortune On the internet" then get on the boards and say, "What am I doing wrong? Ten thousands hits but no sales!!"
