I called too. Spoke to a guy named Hank. He asked me for both my S.S. # and bank account info. He didn't get either Does anyone know if you are an independant agent or are you actually working for them?

I checked with several lawyers as well. In short they were a bit unsure.

In my part of the world - North Central PA, the courthouses charge to go on line. The rates are $.20 a min. to a flat fee of $ 250.00 for a certain amount of "clicks" as the clerk stated.

I called back Friday morning and spoke to Hank, told him what I had found out. He stated that he needed to speak to his supervisor about the courthouse fees and thought their softwear would "over ride." I am still waiting for Hank to get back to me.
