I'm not getting the connection between "pop-ups" and "new" windows.
Almost all my links on FIB open new windows. I do that because I want people to be able to click on the link, read what's there, and continue to explore all they want without being concerned that they won't be able to get back to where they started. It has worked well for me, and as far as I know, I have not lost anything because of it. (I started doing it because I hate it when I follow a link and want to go further but can't for fear of losing my place.)
Then there are pop-ups.
I don't think one has anything to do with the other, unless I'm missing something?? I think people who block pop-ups are still able to use the "new" window links with no problem, yes?
Also, when you click on a link to go to his (or anyone's) order page and a smaller window comes up, I don't think that qualifies as a pop-up. I think it's a "smaller window" is all.
Don't pop-up blockers only block the windows that actually pop up without being asked??
