Dear Ed,
Sorry to hear you were taken by ICC. I din't mention Nate Hillman because I know little about him or Sanjay Gupta(suppossedly another owner). I doubt both of these names are in fact their real names but I cannot confirm that. Nate Hillman doesn't have much of a leg to stand on, considering he's the president of a scam. I doubt he's really in a position to sick any lawyers on you or anyone else who was scammed.
I would love to be able to give you some great advice on how to get your money back, but I simply don't know. I know ICC refunded two individuals in the past, but those individuals I'm speaking of were two gentlemen that The Candle Brokers had placed in Mecklenburg County in North Carolina. These two men happened to discover each other's distributorships in the same area and were refunded immediately. I've never heard of anyone getting a refund for any other reason- though other refunds might have occured, but I cannot confirm that.
My strong recommendation to anyone scammed by ICC/Candle Brokers is to personally visit them at 46 Bremen St, in East Boston. That would probably be very inconvenient for most people to fly out to Boston to do that, but that's where they are if you have the means and the motivation. If you ever do venture out that way, you will notice that ICC has no sign advertising themselves on the front of the building. As I mentioned yesterday, one must walk down the stairs into the basement level to find any trace of them.
Good luck to you with whatever course you decide to pursue. I hope you get your money back.
