Have you tried asking and searching on WebHostingTalk.com for inofrmation on this company?
BTW, a quick look around BizGoldHosting.com, (assuming that is the same host you are referring to), it looks like they are probably just a hosting reseller that is probably run by someone out of their home. Nothing wrong with that but usually these are fly-by-night businesses seeing how anyone can buy reseller hosting, set up a website, and sell hosting space these days. Many resellers are only in it for the money (something to sell to make some extra cash for beer money) and are not good at the technical aspects or even customer service and could care less about building a reliable hosting service with a solid foundation. You are better off using a host that is established and in it for the long haul. You can find many better hosting companies out there for far less money, too. You can get better service at around half the price with a more reputable hosting company that isn't a reseller.
Not all resellers are bad, but most are. As I said, anyone can easily set up a hosting business through reseller programs. But very few have what it takes to actually build a a solid hosting business that is valuable to it's customers.
