Hi Mark,
It's been almost 2 years since you canceled your membership.
I can't remember your exact situation, but here is how it usually works.
1. People send an e-mail to my address asking to cancel their membership.
2. I or one of my assistants cancel their membership as requested.
Note: My site has a ton of great ideas on it and most people simply download everthing they want before sending an e-mail to cancel.
3. If you were unhappy with the resolution of your particular situation, you should have called and spoke with me directly.
If you received an e-mail from my e-mail address, it could have very well been one of my assistants.
My telephone number is on almost all of my sites and I am one of a few internet entrepreneurs who still answer their own phone.
As a matter of fact, I get calls every day from people and we resolve issues and develop long lasting relationships.
In conclusion, I understand in any type of business, you can not make everyone happy. I'm sorry that you feel bitter and hopefully in the future our paths will cross again in a more positive light.
The bottom line is that we are all in this together.
If you are reading a post on this forum, you understand that it's important to build multiple streams of income and start your own business.
That's why I share ideas at more than reasonalble prices compared to others. I hope to help people. If a person gets one great idea that changes their life from one of my ideas, I'm happy. If I can earn a little "extra jingle" too, that's even better. :)
