Hello Sanjay,
Log in to your PayPal account (at https://www.PayPal.com), click on the "Merchant Services" tab on the main screen, click on "Buy Now Buttons" in the "Key Features" box (on the right side of your screen), and select the "Yes" radio button in the "Security Settings" part of the screen.
Then move your download page to a new URL and create a new, encrypted PayPal button.
Until you fix this, your download page is trivial to find. Took me about two seconds to get there (and no, I didn't download it, but I would have had you posted this request at the "Enemies In Business" board...).
If this doesn't make sense or you need more information, post back and we'll do our best to help.

Now that that's out of the way, are you going to direct potential customers to this page via some other pre-sell page? It's a nice page (although I would un-animate the dragonfly graphics), but I don't know why I should purchase your offer because you haven't told me how I'm going to benefit.
