Very little to find in Google on that name.
Since they sell access to their training and writing jobs with a typical fee (in this case $35), they certainly look like any number of other scams. But in this case, one of their sets of products they offer the public is writing term papers, book reports, and so forth for students. That crosses way over the line into unethical for me.

That they registered the domain on 28 FEB 2006 using an anonymizing service is three strikes, in my opinion.
