I'm not missing his point in the least bit, but i do understand the point regarding the nasty consequences of the board owner (being you) and I apologize. I've also 'bit my tongue' ALOT because of this too.
In regards to your viewpoint of the other board owner not being responsible, well, I COMPLETELY DISAGREE about that but it's alright to agree to disagree.
as i've mentioned before, the owner of a house may not be involved in criminal activities, but if illegal activities are taking place KNOWINGLY in his house, he is just as responsible PERIOD.
