Looks like its a Shelia not a bloke.
User ID Stone6444 first name "Liz" if thats her real name.

As soon as I qualified to do multiple ducth auctions on ebay I wrote an auction on "How to earn $200 - $800 Daily Without Selling" and because I didn't know any better I priced it at just .01/cent and got 126 sales on it.

The product was sent in two parts. Part one was emailed. Part two was a 90 minute audio tape that I asked $3 to cover my expensive of recording it and shipping.

Everyone loved the product and audio (It was on Address America making and installing NightVision Address Signs) and gave me positive feedback except for one guy. He had sent me a money order for $3.00 and claimed that the tape was damaged.

I sent him another and also sent him $10.00 with paypal.

He got angry because he didn't have a paypal account to claim the money and he
told me he wanted me to send him a $10 money order by overnight express.

I told him to bad. Go open a paypal account if you want the ten dollars.

Well he then posted negative feedback on me.

But if you look at my feedback score it's 100%.

So how did the one and only negative feedback I ever reveived get removed.

Well after posting me his negative he contacted ebay and told them that the auction was only meant to inflate my feedback.

Lucky for me that eBay agreed with him and they removed all feedback that came from that one cent auction thus leaving me with 100% positive feedback again.

This jerk got what he ordered plus $10 for his trouble and he still stabbed me.

Ebay's feedback system really sucks.

Lot's of sellers who don't deserve good feedback have 100% positives because they make it their policy to never give feedback unless they receive it first.

Then they give you back what you gave them.

So just because you see 100% positive doesn't mean that they are an honest seller. And just because someone has a few negatives doesn't mean that they are dishonest.

As business owners we know that the customer isn't always right. But you better make him feel like he is right or he will post you negative feedback in a split second.

Cheers,
Steve

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
